Senior Financial Planning Administrator - Central London

Location: Central LondonSalary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to take your career to the next level? NJR Recruitment is working with a highly respected Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm in Central London, who are now looking to recruit a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients and dedicated Financial Planners, supporting a variety of complex advice areas including pensions, investments, trusts, and group schemes.

The Role:

As a Senior Administrator, you’ll provide key support to the financial planning team and be responsible for:

  • Preparing client valuations, review documentation, and pre-populated application forms
  • Processing new business (pensions, ISAs, GIAs, bonds, SIPPs, protection policies, and group schemes)
  • Supporting Financial Planners through the full advice process, including benefit crystallisation events and policy transfers
  • Maintaining accurate client records using Plannr CRM and conducting AML checks via Smart Search
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and professional connections to ensure a seamless experience
  • Upholding compliance standards and ensuring all files meet regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm, ideally supporting high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of life, pension, and investment products
  • Confident using CRM systems, with solid skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A positive, professional communicator with a proactive, solution-focused attitude
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team-based culture
