Paraplanner - Private Client Advisory

Location: London (City) - Hybrid (1-2 days in-office)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to welcome an experienced and Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to support a Senior Adviser working with an expanding portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.

This is more than just a technical role—you’ll be a true partner in shaping financial strategies and delivering first-class service to clients.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with one Financial Adviser, taking ownership of the full paraplanning process. Your days will involve:

  • Preparing detailed, tailored financial planning reports

  • Researching and analysing a wide range of financial solutions

  • Constructing cash flow models using Voyant

  • Helping craft holistic financial strategies

  • Staying ahead of regulatory changes and compliance requirements

  • Mentoring and guiding administrative support staff

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Paraplanning role

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII preferred)

  • Sound knowledge of investment, pension, and protection products

  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office and Voyant is an advantage

  • A passion for delivering high-quality support and a proactive mindset
