This leading residential developer is looking to complete a major scheme in Central London, of just over 500 units. This scheme is a RC Frame apartments of a luxury standard and is to be completed within the next 6 months. They are looking for finishing managers to help complete the development.

You must hold all the tickets, such as SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card to be considered and have a solid career history with in the residential sector and managing all snag lists from decoration phase through to completion.

This company has a very ambitious build programme to complete the project on time, therefore it will be a very fast-moving scheme, so we require keen and driven finishing Managers to be part of the development team.
