Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fire Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and tools. Experience working across the London Underground or Network Rail Sites.
- Location- Paddington
- Salary- 65,000 Per Annum
- Duration- 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Experience commissioning and testing Morley fire panels
- Management of 10 installation fire engineers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within Tfl of NWR environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
