About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and welcoming primary school in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in a fun and safe environment outside of regular school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children aged 4–11 during after school activities.
  • Set up and run games, creative activities, and snack times.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
  • Work as part of a small team to create a warm, inclusive environment.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying the club space.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (in a school, childcare, or voluntary setting).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
