Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join their vibrant Asset Management Team. As a key player of their operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of their extensive fleet, which includes nearly one thousand vehicles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Administrator, you will:

  • Support the Fleet Manager & Fleet Supervisor with daily operations, including inbox management and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound requests, assisting colleagues and suppliers with fleet management queries, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle deployment.
  • Manage parking requirements for all drivers by liaising with councils and parking companies.
  • Assist in the management of car allocations and vehicle compliance.
  • Facilitate timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs, minimizing downtime and costs.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage costs, including collating and reconciling invoices.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Fleet department as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management abilities and experience in a multifaceted role.
  • A background in dealing with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with protocol, procedure, compliance, and various workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions.
  • Ideally, experience within a fleet management team.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
