What Youll Do as a Flights & Ops Coordinator:

  • Manage flight bookings, ticketing, and schedule changes.
  • Handle client requests for extras like upgrades and add-ons.
  • Produce accurate travel documents and liaise with suppliers.
  • Communicate with clients, airport reps, and leaders to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Assist with reports, manifests, and cost-effective planning.
