This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food Product Developer to take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas to life and see your creations hit shelves across the UK.

In this role, you'll lead development from concept through to launch, shaping recipes, refining ranges and ensuring products meet the highest standards. Using market insights, you'll spot trends and translate them into commercially successful concepts. You'll build strong relationships, present ideas with confidence and collaborate closely with both internal teams and retail partners to deliver projects on time.

We're looking for someone with at least three years of product development experience in food manufacturing or FMCG. Hands-on, proactive, and organised, you'll balance creativity with commercial awareness and bring a genuine passion for food and innovation. Experience with retailer standards and white-label expectations will be a strong advantage.
