About the Hotel

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary Kings Road. All of the hotels luxury suites are spacious and elegantly furnished, with four spectacular penthouse suites which offer some of the best panoramic views across London from their spacious roof terraces. Leisure facilities at the hotel include the Spa, with a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness centre, sauna, steam room, six treatment rooms and hair salon.

We are currently on the prowl for a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) to join our fantastic F&B team. Previous experience of working as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor is essential as is a can do attitude, a dedication and passion for delivering excellent service, and the ability to work as part of a busy team.

As Restaurant & Bar Supervisor your Key Responsibilities include:

Oversee the front-of-house operations (breakfast/lunch/dinner/bar service, room service), ensuring exceptional service standards.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

To train and develop the F&B floor team

Contribute to the vision of the restaurant becoming a neighbourhood favourite.

Extensive knowledge of food, drink, quality products and ingredients

Confidence to understand our Food and Beverage menu in regards to its contents, mis-en-place and condiments

Outstanding customer service skills

Good organisational skills

The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach.

Experience in dealing with payments and ideally MICROS

Positive and cheerful attitude

A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
