We are currently on the prowl for a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) to join our fantastic F&B team.Previous experience of working as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor is essential as is a can do attitude, a dedication and passion for delivering excellent service, and the ability to work as part of a busy team.


As Restaurant & Bar Supervisor your Key Responsibilities include:

Oversee the front-of-house operations (breakfast/lunch/dinner/bar service, room service), ensuring exceptional service standards.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

To train and develop the F&B floor team

Contribute to the vision of the restaurant becoming a neighbourhood favourite.

Extensive knowledge of food, drink, quality products and ingredients

Confidence to understand our Food and Beverage menu in regards to its contents, mis-en-place and condiments

Outstanding customer service skills

Good organisational skills

The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach.

Experience in dealing with payments and ideally MICROS

Positive and cheerful attitude

A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
