New Product Developer
We are seeking a motivated and skilled New Product Developer to lead NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer and company expectations while adhering to technical, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Development team to create new product concepts.
- Manage NPD projects from brief to launch, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
- Oversee packaging development and ensure accurate customer presentations.
- Work with teams to source raw materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Lead factory trials, pre-production runs, and post-launch reviews.
- Ensure all products meet safety, legality, and quality standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Support health and safety practices and ensure staff training compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology or similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in NPD in food manufacturing
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Level 3 or 4 Food Safety certification.
- Full UK driving license
