Salary: Up to £34,000 + benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (8-hour day shifts)

This fast-growing food manufacturer is redefining healthy eating in the UK. Following major investment and continued success, they’re expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated inventory professional to join their operations team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day stock management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance across all inventory activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing stock control of food ingredients, packaging and chemicals
• Managing both physical and system-based inventory with a target of 100% accuracy
• Supervising and supporting two inventory assistants
• Monitoring expiry dates, product quality and storage space for compliance and efficiency
• Preparing weekly KPI and inventory reports for the supply chain team
• Using systems such as Precoro and Google Sheets to track, reconcile and report stock levels
• Ensuring all stock movements are accurately logged
• Working closely with production and operations to maintain smooth supply flow
• Upholding hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards

Your Background

• Experience in inventory coordination within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients and stock control processes
• Confident IT skills, including Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience using inventory management systems
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and adaptable with a hands-on approach
