Position: Counterbalance FLT Operative
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: 13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Location: Leyton
Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a dependable and proactive Yard Operative to join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the yard.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Yard Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your day will involve:
- Outdoor working
- Loading and unloading goods with care and efficiency.
- organising and maintaining yard cleanliness and safety.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Following health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid forklift license (counterbalance) required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
- Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced setting
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically fit and must be happy to work outside
