Large national NSI accredited Fire and Security Company are seeking Field Line Managers in the London area. This company offer a wide range of Fire and Security Protection with over 8000 customers nationwide. They have an impressive portfolio of many high-end manufacturers and a diverse range of customers, in various sectors.
Benefits – Field Line Manager:
£50,000 - £55,000 basic + Car Allowance (OTE £70,000 - £80,000)

Responsibilities - Field Line Manager:
As a Field Line Manager, your role will include:
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Fire Systems industry in a Supervisor or a Management role
- 5+ years’ experience working with Fire alarms and experience with Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec and Protec would be advantageous
- Overseeing and managing customer interfaces and being the main point of contact for clients
- Proactively work to seek out opportunities to grow current and new contracts organically, maximising repeat business and scope
- Carrying out Audits, Paperwork, Timesheet records and mileage records in line with company policy
- Resolve systemic issues providing short, medium and long-term solutions
- Operational management and delivery of all relevant contracts in London with some National Contracts which may be UK-wide
Requirements - Field Line Manager:
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Fire Systems industry in a Supervisor or a Management role
- 5+ years’ experience working with Fire alarms and experience with Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec and Protec would be advantageous
- Proven track record in Management or Supervisor role in the Fire Systems Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues
