Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and global compliance? We have an opportunity to join a dynamic Finance & Accounting team as a US & International Payroll Specialist, where you'll play a key role in delivering seamless payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.

About the Role:

In this position, you'll act as the primary backup for our US payrolls and manage monthly international payrolls across several international locations. You'll ensure timely, accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations. As part of a collaborative global team, you'll also contribute to process improvements, support audits, and help implement new payroll programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary backup for US semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and quarterly payrolls
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Administer monthly payrolls in several international jurisdictions
  • Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to uphold internal controls
  • Monitor payroll mailboxes and respond to employee inquiries professionally
  • Collaborate with Human Capital and Accounting teams on payroll-related matters
  • Assist with annual filings, journal entries, and compliance tasks
  • Support additional payroll operations and special projects as needed

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of US & International payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting
  • Experience with ADP and Excel required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
