The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Class Teacher to join us on a maternity cover contract, from 5 January 2026 to August 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons

  • Ensuring strong progress and outcomes for all pupils

  • Fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents and leaders

  • Participating in school life, contributing to the school’s culture and ethos

  • Are reflective practitioners who are always seeking to improve

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Have solid experience in primary teaching, including strong subject knowledge

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management, planning and differentiation skills
