About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting classroom teachers and leading activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn

  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress to inform planning and meet individual needs

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills through play and structured activities

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community to support children's wellbeing and learning
