The Role – KS1 Primary Teacher

• Deliver creative, inspiring, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development
• Promote independence, curiosity, and a love of learning among your class
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the year group and wider school team
• Take part in the full life of the school, including planning, assessment, and staff meetings

The Person – KS1 Primary Teacher

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• A confident, reflective teacher with a track record of Good or Outstanding teaching
• Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting every pupil’s success, promoting a lifelong love of learning
• Brings a warm, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners
