Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years educator ready to take the next step into leadership? Your Role as Lead Nursery Teacher:
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of a rich, engaging curriculum in line with EYFS framework

  • Lead and inspire a team of Nursery support staff and practitioners

  • Track progress and development, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice

  • Collaborate with Reception colleagues and senior leaders to support school-wide priorities

  • Play a key part in developing early intervention strategies and school readiness

What We're Looking For:
  • QTS (or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification)

  • Significant classroom experience within an Early Years setting

  • Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role

  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS curriculum, safeguarding, and early development

  • A team player with energy, vision, and a deep passion for early education
