Year 2 Teacher - Hackney

We're working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Hackney that is seeking a dedicated teacher to take on a Year 2 class from January.

• Full-time Year 2 Class Teacher position

• Planning and delivering creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

• Preparing pupils for their transition into KS2

• Working closely with the KS1 team and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

• Opportunities for curriculum or subject leadership for the right candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching within KS1, ideally Year 2

• A reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management skills

• Passionate about creating an engaging learning environment that supports progress and wellbeing

• Reliable, motivated, and committed to making a positive difference
