What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 6 students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their transition to secondary school.
- Provide targeted support and intervention to students to help them achieve their full potential and succeed in their end-of-year assessments.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
