- Act as the bridge between clients (schools) and candidates (teachers and school support staff), understanding both sides' needs.
- Use business development techniques, job board postings, social media, and headhunting to grow client engagement and attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—application screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and candidate briefing.
- Utilise tools like Salesforce to organise bookings and placements efficiently.
