We are a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering high-quality IT support and infrastructure solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our technical team.
The RoleAs a 3rd Line Engineer, you'll serve as a senior technical escalation point, working on complex incidents, problem management, and infrastructure projects. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Act as a final escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support teams

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (servers, networks, cloud)

Configure, maintain, and upgrade client infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, O365, Azure, etc.)

Lead and support infrastructure upgrade and migration projects

Liaise with vendors and third-party providers where necessary

Create and maintain technical documentation

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing

Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online

Azure / Intune / Conditional Access

Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

VMware / Hyper-V
-
Networking - LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls (e.g., SonicWall, Cisco)

Backup and disaster recovery solutions

RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Auvik)

3+ years' experience in a similar 3rd line or senior support role within an MSP

Strong knowledge of Microsoft and networking technologies

Solid project experience (e.g., migrations, server builds, cloud deployments)

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus

Ability to manage time and workload in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
