Job Title: Account Director - B2B PR
Location: London (hybrid working, 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £50K-£60K depending on experience plus benefits including 27 days holiday, training and development benefits and wellness benefits

We're assisting an agency recently named 'Agency of the Year' with the hiring of a new B2B PR Account Director.
They're a forward thinking and collaborative PR & marketing agency with a B2B specialism, delivering PR and marketing for a plethora of innovative B2B brands in sectors including tech, built environment/construction, sustainability and professional services. They're known for delivering outstanding integrated PR & marketing work for B2B clients.
A mid-sized team and growing, this B2B agency has a people first culture, with a focus on positive work life balance and investment in staff development. They foster a fun and friendly environment and offer a wealth of employee perks and benefits. The new B2B PR Account Director will be joining a flexible and inclusive agency where they'll have support, ownership, a voice and opportunities for further progression.
About the B2B PR Account Director role
The B2B PR Account Director will work across a mix of B2B clients across tech and construction, collaborating with internal and client teams.
Key Responsibilities for Account Director:
- Leverage and develop your strategic skills, owning strategic direction across B2B clients.
- Use your people management and coaching skills, nurturing the team to deliver great results.
- Contribute to growth, spotting commercial opportunities and developing new business opportunities.
- Provide counsel to clients and be a trusted advisor.
- Work on integrated campaigns and collaborate with broader marketing specialists.
About you, the B2B PR Account Director
You'll have experience in B2B PR in tech or construction, ideally from an agency background.
You'll be adept at both leading accounts and nurturing a team.
You'll be at Account Director level, or the equivalent level in house.
