We are working with a well-established, boutique wealth management company to hire an Administrator to join their small and friendly team!

The great news is they are open to hiring entry level candidates and offering you on the job training which makes this such a valuable opportunity! So if you are a school leaver with A levels looking to start your career, then this is for you! We are also open to graduate candidates or those with experience in a similar role. The salary will be depending on your experience.

Duties

  • Act as first point of contact to high profile clients (phone, email and in person)
  • Support the Relationship Managers with arranging meetings
  • Prepare and collate documents in advance of meetings
  • Create and update client files
  • Create and send letters from templates and follow all relevant processs
  • Run client account reports
  • Check documentation and chase outstanding matters
  • Deal with all incoming correspondence
  • A wide range of other administrative tasks and processes
  • Learn relevant industry regulations and rules (training will be given)
