Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Role
This is a strategic and customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complex processes, and delivering exceptional service to prospective families. As Admissions Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through to student enrolment
- Organise and deliver tours, open events, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate and secure admissions data and compliance documentation
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure messaging and communications reflect the school's values and curriculum
- Build relationships with families, agents, and consultants to promote the school’s profile
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a smooth transition for new students
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection best practices are upheld at all times
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar client-facing role
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital platforms and CRM/enrolment systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
- A professional, personable, and proactive approach
Desirable:
- Experience within international or independent school settings
- Understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
- Multilingual abilities
- Marketing and event coordination experience
