- Support the launch and ongoing development of new insurance schemes, ensuring they meet governance and performance standards.
- Analyse underwriting performance using data on claims, premiums, and trends to help drive profitability.
- Maintain robust underwriting documentation and pricing models in line with audit and compliance expectations.
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners including MGAs and TPAs, acting as a key day-to-day contact.
- Contribute to product reviews and governance processes, including customer outcome testing and fair value assessments.
- Work with internal teams to monitor performance metrics and produce reporting dashboards.
- Assist with regulatory submissions and internal reporting requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally with exposure to affinity or ancillary products.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty regulations (preferred).
- Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and conceptual skills.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Hybrid role based in the City of London – approximately 60% office attendance.
- Flexible full-time position (80–100% workload).
