With over 40 years of combined expertise, we are seeking a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician to deliver high-quality testing services, improve energy efficiency, and help ensure compliance with building regulations. Responsibilities
- Conduct air tightness testing on a range of building types and sizes.
- Work collaboratively with on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes while minimizing disruptions.
- Prepare accurate and thorough test reports, and ensure equipment is maintained to a professional standard.
- Stay informed about developments in the industry to contribute to service improvements and cutting-edge practices.
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification (or possess equivalent hands-on experience).
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Showcase an independent, problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation for travel across London and the Home Counties.
