A vibrant Media company in South West London are recruiting a newly created AP Manager role. The company is fast growing and has a fantastic culture, including a roof top bar and dogs in the office!

This role we be responsible for a team of two, and will oversee the AP function for all of the international entities. Duties to include:

  • Team management of two, overseeing the entire AP function
  • Reviewing bank reconciliations, expenses and payment runs
  • Cash flow statements and assistance with forecast/budgeting
  • VAT returns across multiple international entities
  • Supporting the finance team with the annual audit process
  • Assist the Financial Analysts with ad hoc reporting requests as and when required
  • Work to continuously improve processes, control & procedures, optimising the efficiency of the team and mitigating any risk
