Area to be covered: London & Home Counties

Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission Benefits: £400 per month car allowance or hybrid company car & benefits packageThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Cubicle & Washroom Solutions will involve:

  • Field sales position, selling a manufactured range cubicles & washrooms solutions
  • Will carry out site surveyors and support with initial design concepts
  • Selling to and generating specifications with architects, designers, contractors, installers and end users
  • Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m - £1.5m
  • Dealing with typical project values of £1k - £300k+ depending on size and scope
  • Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Cubicle & Washroom Solutions with:

  • Must have associated product sales experience
  • Ideally contractor route to market over specification
  • Ideally washroom / cubicle sales experience not essential
  • Would consider a site manager, surveyor / estimator in the washrooms & cubicle systems or ex carpenter
  • Technical aptitude for estimating and drawings
  • Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
  • Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
