Package: £30,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for an Assistant Estimator to join the team in London.
The Assistant Estimator would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation. With value from £10m up to £50m.
Duties
- The Assistant Estimator would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation.
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong understanding / have a willingness to learn all elements of the construction process
- Able to create and follow clearly set-out processes
- Methodical, analytical and organised with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Personable and effective team player
- Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.
Requirements
- An Assistant Estimator who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor or Developer
- Someone has the ambitions to progress
