This role is responsible for developing sales and expanding the distribution of our clients within the mainstream food service channel, with a primary focus on the UK market. The position aims to build strong, long-term partnerships with key wholesalers and food service operators to drive sustainable growth.

Must be fluent in Polish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collaborate closely with distributors to achieve annual sales targets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across mainstream retail chains, independent retailers, and food service clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including trade partners and key accounts, to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotional activities, using results to inform future strategies.

  • Regularly monitor and report pricing trends for our client and competitor products to support strategic planning.

  • Ensure adequate inventory levels with distributors and proactively plan to avoid any supply disruptions.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on market conditions, sales performance, and project progress.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement projects and deliver business objectives.

  • Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all activities align with our clients brand image and values.

II. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to distributor management, trade marketing, and supply chain coordination.

Requirements & Skills:

Essential:

  • Legal right to work in the UK.

  • Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

  • Full driving licence.

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

  • Team player, ready to support colleagues across departments.

  • Passionate about Chinese cuisine and cooking.

Preferred:

  • Genuine passion for food and the food industry.

  • Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary settings is a plus, helping to engage effectively with certain clients.
