We’re now looking for an Associate Candidate Consultant to join our dynamic Resourcing Team.

The Role:

As an Associate Candidate Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Managing our candidate portfolio, ensuring a seamless process up to the interview stage.
• Sourcing junior to mid-level positions, providing career advice and consultancy at every stage of the job search.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to our high fill rates and repeat business.

This is the perfect role for someone at the start of their recruitment journey and is hungry to learn, grow, and make a genuine difference.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service experience with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering a high quality experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and detail orientated, capable of juggling tasks and prioritising effectively.
• You must feel comfortable asking commercial questions.
• Confidence on the phone - whether you’ve worked in a call centre or just love talking to people, you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and connect.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn
• Sociable, upbeat, and team-oriented - thrives in a supportive and collaborative team culture.
• Brings positive energy and has a "can-do" attitude.
