Baker - Japanese Confectionery Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare wide variety of Japanese and European bakery goods - sweet to savoury breads
- Manage day to day of operation of bread section
- Support production development
Baker - Japanese Confectionery Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in baking bread at a bakery
- Familiar with East Asian bakery techniques, flavours and ingredients (either through work or personal interest), especially Japanese, would be beneficial
- Able to commit to flexible work patterns undertaking early morning shifts as well as weekend work if/when required
- Team player
