The Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Workforce Coordinator to join our friendly HR and Resourcing team and help ensure our services are consistently and safely staffed.

In this role, you’ll coordinate bank support workers, arranging ad hoc shifts to cover staff sickness, annual leave, and other gaps across our services. You’ll maintain strong communication with managers and bank workers, helping to ensure that the people we support receive consistent, person-centred care. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, ideal for someone with experience working on a temp desk or within a bank staffing team (e.g. NHS, agency, or care provider). You’ll report to the Recruitment and Engagement Lead and also support them with occasional admin and recruitment tasks. What We’re Looking For Experience coordinating temporary staff or rotas Confident communicator who builds great relationships Excellent written communication and admin skills Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused Friendly, approachable and values-led Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases Able to work in a setting that includes contact with service users Experience in the care or charity sector is a bonus, but not essential.
