Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in an SEMH school? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join a dedicated team in Lewisham, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Mentor pupils to build confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation.
• Monitor progress and contribute to tailored intervention plans.

• Experience working with SEMH pupils is essential.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
• Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Immediate availability.
