We are looking for an experienced Bids Manager to join a multi-award-winning London architecture practice celebrated for its innovative design and collaborative culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional to take ownership of the bids process and play a key role in securing new projects and supporting the studio’s continued growth.
The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in bid management, strong communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling, design-led submissions that showcase the practice’s ethos and high standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the full bid process, from identifying opportunities through to submission, working closely with Directors, architects, and the marketing team to produce persuasive proposals, supporting business development activity and contributing to strategic growth initiatives, ensuring all submissions demonstrate excellent copywriting, accuracy, and visual presentation
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in bid management, ideally within architecture or the built environment. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign will be essential, alongside excellent organisation, attention to detail and a passion for design and architecture.
