Office:

  • Blackfriars, London
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am 5:30 pm)


Duties:

  • Provide technical support to project teams in the use of BIM tools, with a focus on Autodesk Revit.
  • Assist in the creation and management of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with ISO:19650 standards.
  • Help set up and maintain the project model and support the setup of supply chain models.
  • Chair BIM project and team meetings, ensuring coordination and adherence to BIM standards.
  • Support in the preparation and management of COBie information and deliverables.
  • Provide in-house training to the project team on BIM processes, tools, and workflows.


Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in BIM (or a similar field)
  • Expert user of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Solibri, BIM360 / ACC, and all associated plug-ins
  • Proven experience in delivering architectural projects to BIM standards ISO:19650
  • Proven understanding of validation and QA processes.
  • Experience working with medium to large-scale, complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and assist in training and supporting junior team members
