Blueprint Recruitment would like to speak with BIM Managers to join one of our top clients! The successful candidate will be required to access the Central London site 5x days a week, working on a High-profile Prestigious project on either a long-term contract or staff basis.

Our client is a well-established and leading main contractor who specialises in Large-scale Commercial fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes.

-Oversee BIM delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

-Support teams in using digital design tools effectively.

-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

-Train and mentor staff to build BIM capability across the business.

-Monitor model quality and documentation.

Key Requirements:

-Experience as a BIM Manager or similar role in Building Services, with strong knowledge of MEP services.

-Overseeing role under guidance of the Digital Director.

-Skilled in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

-Ability to communicate well in meetings with Tier 2 Contractors.

-Full time on Central London site.
