The Role
As a Breakfast Supervisor, youll support the Breakfast Manager in overseeing the daily breakfast service. From leading the team on the floor to ensuring training and standards are upheld, the Breakfast Supervisor plays a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming start to each guests day. Youll also step up as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction at all times.
What Youll Do
Supervise the breakfast team, ensuring service excellence and high standards are maintained.
Lead daily briefings and support training to develop team knowledge and confidence.
Oversee guest service on the floor, assisting with seating and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, set-up, and presentation.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
Support stock control and restaurant administration as needed.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Breakfast Supervisor or in a supervisory role within a high-volume, quality restaurant or hotel.
A natural leader with strong communication and people skills.
Organised, proactive, and hands-on with a keen eye for detail.
Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
