A specialist mechanical, electrical and sustainability consultancy in London are seeking an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join the expanding team. You'll be provided with the opportunity to work with innovative specialists, develop your skills and progress through the company.
Responsibilities of the role include carrying out BREEAM Assessments and providing reports and advice to clients. The selected candidate will also be provided with the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in thermal modelling, SBEM assessments, SAP assessments and registering as an EPC assessor.

To be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must therefore:
- Be an BREEAM Accredited Professional and/or licenced BREEAM Assessor.
- Preferably be a member of a professional body, for example CIBSE, IMechE, Energy Institute etc).
- Have project management and report writing experience.
- Live in or near to London.
- Have a sustainability related degree.
