Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure sustainability goals are met
  • Gather and submit evidence to support BREEAM credit claims
  • Stay informed on evolving legislation and BREEAM standards
  • Offer expert advice to optimise project sustainability and performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or construction environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Academic or professional background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture
  • BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus but not essential
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
