We are partnering with a leading sustainability consultancy based in London, currently seeking a BREEAM Assessor to support their expanding portfolio of high-profile projects across the UK.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure sustainability goals are met
Gather and submit evidence to support BREEAM credit claims
Stay informed on evolving legislation and BREEAM standards
Offer expert advice to optimise project sustainability and performance

What We're Looking For:

Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or construction environment
Strong communication and project management skills
Academic or professional background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture
BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus but not essential
Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
