The Role

To support the next phase of its strategic development, the College Group is seeking to appoint two exceptional Campus Principals to join its senior leadership team. This represents a rare opportunity for experienced educational leaders to make a significant contribution to an already successful institution poised for further growth. Each Principal will have full responsibility for the leadership and operational management of one of the College's key campuses. In addition, each post holder will assume cross-group strategic responsibility for a core area of provision, such as Adult Education, Apprenticeships, Higher Education (HE), or 16 -18 Study Programmes, aligned to their specific expertise and professional background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full operational and strategic leadership for one of the group's campuses, including responsibility for academic quality, student experience, staff development and resource management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment methodologies.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with employers, community stakeholders and educational partners.
  • Contribute to the college group's senior leadership team, participating in strategic planning and policy development.
  • Champion an inclusive culture that promotes equality, diversity, and student wellbeing.
