I am looking for a skilled and versatile Carpenter with multi-trade capabilities, such as tiling, plastering and plumbing skills. You'll undertake a mix of reactive and void maintenance work across domestic properties.Must have social housing experience.

Salary & Benefits:

Van + Fuel Card supplied
Monday to Friday 08.00am-17.00pm
36,000 annually

Requirements

Proven multi-trade experience including minor plumbing, tiling, plastering
Full UK driving licence
Must have experience of using a PDA
