Location: Westminster
Salary: 34,000 - 36,000 (permanent)
We're on the lookout for a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Planned Works team in Westminster. If you're hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a difference in social housing, this could be the role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Carrying out a mix of repairs & maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building.
Delivering high-quality work that meets all regulations.
Responding to service requests quickly and efficiently.
Working closely with colleagues and contractors to hit project goals.
Providing a professional, customer-first service to residents.
What we're looking for:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing (or similar).
Knowledge of health & safety regs.
Strong problem-solving, communication & teamwork skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Bonus skills:
Confident with IT, PDAs & SOR codes.
Plumbing, painting & general maintenance know-how.
Able to manage your time and work independently.
