Our client, a leading Reinsurance Broking company, are recruiting for a Programme Manager with experience in the Reinsurance / Broking sector to work on a large scale transformation programme.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Senior 'hands on' change leader with a proven track record in IT software delivery and digital transformation* Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking* Experience working on reinsurance broking platforms ideally OpenTwin* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and a "can do" attitude.* Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills* Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale* Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment* Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues* Ability to work pro-actively, under pressure and independently with minimal direction
