This very well-established East London firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. This is a full-time position, and salary will depend very much on experience. You will have the priviledge of three mentors including Partner level support. My client would happily consider a hands on Paralegal with strong caselod expertise looking to develop themselves further or amybe someone qualifying shortly with a Seat in this discipline and some work exposure.

The Candidate must have experience in the following.

  • Acting for landlords (usually with large portfolios) and tenants (usually small to medium sized local businesses) in relation to: -
  1. Grant of leases including drafting leases, rent deposit deed, licenses to alter and agreements for lease
  2. Variations to existing leases
  3. Licenses to alter
  • Acting for developers in relation to:
  1. Site acquisitions for development
  2. Preparation of reports on title
  3. Site disposals
  4. Conditional purchase agreements
  5. Options
  6. Land promotion agreements
  7. Overage agreements
  8. Joint venture agreements
  9. Grant of easements
  10. Dealing with approval of reliance letters and collateral warranties on construction
  • Acting for developers in relation to preparation for sale of flats at completed developments and subsequent individual flat/home disposals
  • Acting for developers and lenders in relation to refinancing and financing arrangements including: -
  1. Review of facility agreements and finance documents including: -
  1. Legal charge
  2. Debenture
  3. Duty of care deeds
  4. Share charges
  5. Subordination and priority deeds
  1. Preparing certificates of title in City of London firm
  2. Arranging for broker reliance letters
  3. Drafting corporate minutes, resolutions, and certificates

Requirements:
