Our client is actively seeking a compensation analyst for a newly created role. The role will be working alongside the Benefits & Pensions Manager, Payroll Admin and the Payroll Manager. Role will predominantly work on analysing and reporting data across several HR systems and then giving access to senior stakeholders withing the business. Successful candidates need to be confident and be able to hit the ground running - Someone with initiative, good at problem solving and happy working in a fast-paced environment. Outside of compensation reviews, in quieter periods, there will be a chance to get involved with benefits/payroll duties too.

Duties to include:

  • Annual compensation reviews
  • Directors renumeration
  • Financial reporting standards
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Support in operational areas of compensation including, but not limited to, offer consultation, market data, benchmarking, reporting, reconciliation, and other compensation analytics.
  • Maintain records of all employee shareholding, including LTIP awards, SAYE scheme and ordinary shares to identify monthly share activities and actions.

Candidates will have strong Excel Skills, experience with compensation, benchmarking & pay scales and both UAT testing and an accounting qualification would be desirable.

This role is a full time, permanent role across 37 hours that will be required to be office based 3/4 days a week and 5 days during comp periods (Feb-March).
