ServiceNow Software Developer (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer. You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, develop Service Portal components, and integrate them with various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Extend portal functionality with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
  • Ensure responsive, user-friendly design and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the portal with ServiceNow modules and external systems.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
  • Contribute to best practices, innovation, and technical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS)
  • Experience in CSM, ITSM, RESTful APIs, and custom Service Portal themes.
