We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in South West London. About the Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
- Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day
- Assist with general duties within the school when not covering lessons
- Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school or education setting)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
- A genuine interest in education and supporting students' progress
- Graduate or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential
